Foundation Plaza Park is located along Kemp Avenue in downtown Watertown. This park includes, open turf space, permanent stage, seating areas with tables, playground and splash pad. Foundation Plaza Park hosts the Municipal Band and Thursday Night Live on a weekly basis during the summer.
