Minervas offers a variety of American fare, fresh pastas, and seafood, and is known for hand-cut CAB Beef.  Minervas is attached to the Ramkota Hotel and is located inside South Dakota’s premier event facility with capacities for 1 to 1200.  The Watertown Event Center has up to date technology and has 32,000 Sq. Ft. of flexible event/meeting space, which breaks into 17 different meeting rooms along with the Heritage Theatre which features graduated seating for 284 people, perfect for General Sessions, Corporate Speakers/Meetings, Concerts, and Theatrical Performances.
