Mavericks Steak and Cocktails opened in September 2020 and is located in the historic Goss Opera House. They are proud to be part of an award-winning restaurant group that began in Aberdeen, SD in 1999. The restaurant offers unique entrees, locally sourced food choices, and a wide range of signature cocktails. Events held at the Goss Opera House are catered in-house with our team of exceptional banquet staff. The dining space creates a lively atmosphere, complete with a wrap-around bar area, open tables, and cozy booths.
